Pixelbeads currently provides a free browser-based workflow for turning images into bead-oriented patterns.
You may use the current service for lawful personal, educational, or commercial project work unless Pixelbeads posts different terms for a specific feature or asset.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image or material you bring into the Studio workflow.
You retain ownership of the images you choose to process and the patterns you generate from them.
The current public conversion workflow is designed around browser-local processing, so Pixelbeads does not present this workflow as a hosted image library or image storage service.
The Pixelbeads site, branding, copy, layout, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights needed to use the public service, these Terms do not grant you ownership of Pixelbeads intellectual property.
Perler, Hama, Artkal, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Pixelbeads uses those names only to describe compatible bead workflows and does not claim affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Pixelbeads may change, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time.
Future directions discussed on the site, such as multi-board planning, 3D-oriented tooling, or richer export formats, are not guaranteed until they are actually shipped.
Pixelbeads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Pixelbeads does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output, or exact color matching between on-screen patterns and physical beads. Real-world color differences can vary by brand, batch, material, and lighting.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelbeads and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
If a legal claim is allowed despite the limitation above, Pixelbeads total liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
